HMSL has finalized plans to build a fourth medical office building (MOB) along with a new parking garage to accommodate the new offices. These new buildings will be built behind MOB 3, and construction begins next week.
During this time, there will only be one entrance and exit for the Main Pavilion Parking Garage. The entrance that will remain open is noted with a red rectangle on the map below. The surface parking lot next to the Main Pavilion Parking Garage and the lot south of the Main Pavilion Parking Garage along Town Center Blvd. will be blocked off for the duration of the construction. They’re highlighted below in red.
As a reminder, free parking is available for all physicians in the following designated locations, noted in yellow on the map below.
- Main Pavilion parking garage, levels 1 & 2
- Surface lot in front of Brazos Pavilion
- Sweetwater Pavilion parking garage, floor 2
- Surface lot near Sweetwater Pavilion north entrance
- Surface lot behind MOB 2
Please remind your staff to park above level 3 in the Main Pavilion and Sweetwater Pavilion garages to ensure our patients and physicians have space to park.
